This will be your job
As project leader, you ensure the successful completion of every project. You provide proper preparation, execution, and handover. You report to the manager with whom you maintain open and informal communication.
For you, an average working day consists of
- Preparing projects
- Daily management of the project team
- Follow-up of several construction sites
- Motivating various teams in the execution of work, both from the site and from the office
- Monitoring budgets and closely following up on execution deadlines
- Maintaining contacts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, as well as with your colleagues in calculation, planning, and invoicing
- Ensuring compliance with the HSE and quality rules by all parties involved
This is you
- You have at least 3-5 years of working experience in earthworks
- A Bachelor’s degree in construction is a plus but not a requirement
- You are flexible, result-oriented, and have an eye for quality
- You are a good communicator and social
- You preferably have an SOS-SCC certificate and live in the neighbourhood of Westmeerbeek
