Experienced roadworks and sewerage project leader – Van Loo Projects

Due to our growth, we want to strengthen our roadworks and sewerage department.
This is your job
- Preparation, daily management, and follow-up of several construction sites
- Motivating various teams in the execution of the works – from the site and in the office
- Monitoring budgets and closely following up on execution deadlines
- Maintaining contacts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, as well as with your colleagues in estimation, planning, and invoicing
- Ensuring compliance with the HSE and quality rules by all parties involved
- As project leader, you report to the manager, with whom you have open and informal communication
This is you
- You have a medior or senior experience in road and sewerage works. A bachelor’s degree in construction is a plus but not a requirement
- You are flexible, result-oriented, and have an eye for quality
- You are a good communicator and social
- Preferably you have an SOS-SCC certificate, and you live near Westmeerbeek
