Data technician – DuraConnect
DuraConnect offers an extensive range of structured data cabling. This ranges from Cat.6, Cat.6A, Cat.7, and Cat.8 in classic RJ45 copper cabling to the latest technologies in MultiMode OM4/OM5 and SingleMode OS2 Fiber Optic cabling. In addition, tailor-made Fiber-to-the-Office (FttO) or Fiber-to-the-Desk (FttD) cabling is among the many possibilities.
With over 25 years of experience in its key staff, DuraConnect – even as a young company – is an established player in its field.
Tasks
- Assembly work, such as installation of PVC wall ducts, metal cable ducts, cable conduits
- Installation and assembly of racks
- Installation of all kinds of cables such as data/telephony/fibreglass/electrical
- finishing of networks mentioned above
- Installation of connectors on cables
- Placing and assembling distribution boxes and connection points
- Testing the cabling according to the applied standard
- Detecting faults in cables and pipes using test equipment
- Installing a patch panel
- Labelling cables
- Setting up wifi networks
